A&EM Saigon Hotel

Vy and the other housekeeping were industrious and friendly. They always kept me well supplied with amenities (water, coffee, tea, etc.) The reception staff, too, were hard-working and attentive. Hana took initiative to work with the hotel's manager to arrange for a later checkout time. This was VERY helpful - since I was about to leave on a long journey back to the US (starting late at night). That's great customer service!

A lovely little hotel in a fantastic location! Only a few minutes walk from the market and very close to Saigon square markets as well. The rooms were very quaint and pretty.

The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. when our initial room was too loud and the bath broken, they immediately offered us the option to change rooms which we appreciated greatly. Location is also perfect, walking distance to main tourist attractions in district 1. Definitely worth paying the extra for the larger rooms though.

Very nice breakfast offered. Walking distance of all the main attractions. Staff were very approachable and helpful. Room was clean and a good size.

I chose this location because the hotel is near to Ben Thanh Market & walking distance to Saigon Square & Takashimaya shopping malls and nearby good eateries. The daily buffet breakfast spread was fairly good and overall the hotel staffs were very friendly & helpful. Overall the hotel promotional rate with 40% discount which I stayed with additional night were very attractive. Certainly will come back to stay at this hotel.
